Yep,
Looking good...;)
The sooner these leech dca scum suckers get sorted the better!
Not that I have anything against them of course....:D:rotfl:Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -
I wouldn't even bother giving them the courtesy of another letter - I'd just report them. They've already had a warning.
Save the money that it would cost you to send the letter - just report them every single time they commit a breach.0 -

Don't correspond with them on the phone, send the Statute barred letter, send it recorded delivery, and be sure not to put any signatures on the letter.0 -

 for that
when u say dont sign ur name do i just print name like my surname but not sign if u know wot i mean
thank u
and were do i find template and is it for use in scotland ?0 -
You could print your name, yes, but certainly don't use your proper signature. Might be worth altering your signature and using that - so that if they try to 'forge paperwork', you'll know that they're doing it.
If you're in Scotland, then the statute barring limit is 5 years instead of 6 - so your account will have been statute barred for even longer than usual.0 -
thank u
