My i-pod has just gone back for repair but Apple don't guarantee to send you your own back, just a similar model which can be new or refurbished...I wonder what I'll get back now!

Well er if you register your iplop, like with some electrical goods
there is a registration form, doesnt that make the form useless
if you get someone elses back, not only that its a cheek.
