filled up (diesel) at beersbridge on saturday as i was at clara st dump and my car was on vapours... it was 105.9 and the car is running like a dog... kinda thinking the diesel might not have been 100% legit. next time i won't bother, i'll just stick with tescos. not worth it if my fuel pump dies.0

Mightn't be a bad idea to report this, Trading Standards would be a good place to start. No point going for cheap fuel if it's rubbish.Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0 -
They also do bio-diesel (B10), when their pumps are working, cheaper than ordinary diesel by about 20ppl usually. Diesel drivers can save a few quid on a fill if their car can use it. There's also 3 stations selling it within 5 miles on the way to newcastle at ballynahinch (cheapest is the one on the right just as you come to ballynahinch).
Must be a Co Down thing - station on the Hillsborough Road out of Dromara has Sun Bio, about 89p/l, I took the plunge and filled 50/50 dino/bio, done about 300 miles, and nothing's disolved yet0 -
I filled up at Grand Parade Service Station on Wednesday night for 99.9p per litre, noticed yesterday that it's now 101.9p, so are we in for another round of increases?Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0

It seems to be consistently the cheapest in North Down area and if you pay with ASDA credit card you get 2p off per litre!0

Been a while since this was updated.
I paid E134.9 / litre in Omeath yesterday. With current exchange rates this works out around £1.07 / litre.
Prices locally (Lisburn / W. Belfast area) seem to be around 116-117 / litre. Anyone getting closer to the 1.07 for petrol?0 -
So going down south now costs you money instead of saving it!!
50 ltrs say will `save` you a fiver...BUT! it will cost you a lot more to get there and back0 -
Certainly getting that way.
I travel to Newry every weekend anyway, but not really saving anything now.
BTW, diesel is up to 144.9/litre in Omeath. Forgot to mention it!0 -

50L should save you a bit more than a fiver. At €1.449 a litre it's £1.146 at the current exchange rate (1.2646) compared to at least £1.30 in NI so the saving is 15p per litre. It all depends then how far you are from the border. I'm talking about diesel by the way.0 -
lowest price i have saw petrol was in asda in ballyclare, it was £1.15 while most stations r charging about £1.18, i dunno if all asdas charge the same price but this 1 there is no desk to pay at, you have to pre pay by card before filling up.0
