Well another weeks food brings my total so far up to ..er whatever my sig says lol, cant remember it now. Although that did include hayfever tablets and suncream (me and bf decided to go to the park yesterday-hes allergic to grass and I'm ginger, meaning I'm like a lobster even with factor 50 on!)

I finally got round to putting a picture on here..thats Pablo my little darling (yes I treat my guinea pigs like my babies, how sad am I)

I'm off to do my cardio box dvd and then make some scones (not for me, for bf) although last night I nearly melted while working out, had to get my cooling ice pack out the freezer and hold it while I was doing my lungees lol!

aw he's so-o cute!! you're not sad at all, i have 2 kids, but i also treat my dogs like my babies as well :D DD17 & DS14 say i treat the dogs better than i do them......probably true, but i'm not going to admit that now am i? :rotfl:

anyhoo, i've just popped on here to update my siggy. popped to Farm Foods and bought some pizzas cos they were on special offer, and a few bags of egg fried rice, cos that makes a really cheap, quick meal for myself. i only need to add some chicken & mushrooms to half a bag, and it fills me up :D

hope you're ok, searching me, cos we haven't heard back from you today x

hi again clair2305 - it'll be 'shorter' then, so might need less baking time in the oven and it would be more like a flat pan of bread rather than a loaf - but I think it will still work, you'll just need to check on it in the oven to see when it might be very brown. I guess you'd cut it then into squares, rather than slices - so if you're serving it on the side like you would a roll, sounds fine - but would be harder to make sandwiches with I guess!

When I did my loaf I first thought it might have been undercooked (I did the classic test of putting a knife in, if it comes out clean it's done - except in this case it didn't come out clean but I took it out anyway as it seemed hollow sounding as the recipe said - though it's a bit tricky to knock on a very hot tin just out of the oven - don't want to burn yourself!)

    hope this helps.

I am pleased to say that I had a completely no spend weekend and what a lovely one it was too.

Unfortunately, I have completely run out of fruit and veg so I am going to have to spend tonight  but I will make tomorrow the start of more NSD's for me :T

Had to spend £16.96 on suncream, food for our pig & milk. Hoping to last until friday before shopping for f & v. Will probably need to buy some nappies then as well.
Thanks to all the lovely people on here I have managed to cut my hours down to 2 days a week, allowing me to spend more time with my gorgeous Children. :j
