Hiya,
click here for a thread on baking cakes without eggs. As the egg is a very pricy component of a cake, it's a useful read!

Just a quick update, it has taken me soooo long to catch up on reading all of your posts I haven't been able to post any replies. I have now spent £148.72 out of my budget of £150- and still got 12 days until we go away. But, I have got all our evening meals planned until the end of the month, and enough food in for breakfasts and lunches. Stocked up on fruit yesterday and milk, so that should last until the end of this week. So hopefully I may come in just within budget this month.
Hope all goes well for you, searching me.Feb 2008 Grocery Challenge £160, Spent £163.48
