if you had a problem with your paypal account why didnt you send a postal order?
I only bought the item YESTERDAY! That is why I haven't sent a postal order.
I will have my number by tomorrow which is quicker than the Seller waiting for my postal order to arrive by mail.
Ebay allow 7 days for payment.
The issue will be reflected in my feedback for the Seller0 -
Then again the seller should have done her BIN with the 'immediate payment required' option. Maybe you could suggest this to her for the future (probably wouldn't go down too well though!).0

Could someone be so kind as to point me at the 7 days payment rules please, I didn't think there was one, I know it is 7 days before you can start a dispute, but I was under the impression that the buyer can set their own T&Cs for payment terms.0

Is it really an "issue"? You have had one e-mail from a seller who (maybe naively) expected payment immediately. The e-mail was polite so I wouldn't see it as an issue at all and it certainly wouldn't be (IMO) worth mentioning in feedback.
It might have been avoided if you had e-mailed the seller as soon as you realised you had a problem paying. I know you have 7 days to pay but good comms between seller and buyer are important IMO if one of you is having a problem.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Totally agree, this aint even an issue. Ive had this in the past were I changed accounts across and the paypal setup meant payment was not going to be recieved by the seller for a few days. I just sent a polite email advising them of this and they have always been happy.0 -

What overnight?????
The Seller is out of order!
There was no 'problem' with me or my payment.
Ebay allow 7 days for payment, the Seller should not have sent the email to me in the first place.
If the Seller wanted immediate payment then that should have been on the BIN - and it wasn't.

Also - due to that email - less than 10 hours after I did the BIN I will not be paying for the item until the 7th day.
The Seller can do absolutely nothing about it.
I am fed up of both Buyers and Sellers on Ebay.
If she hadn't emailed me twisting about getting more for the item on auction, she would have been paid in the morning. Now she can wait until next Monday evening.0 -
i would seriously give up ebay full stop if i were you i wouldn't want you to have a nervous breakdown or something but you seem to only go on ebay and get hassle or is that what you actually are after rather than the item
just a little reminder of some of your other threads regarding ebay
Have Had Enough of Ebay
Fed up of Ebay Buyers
Problem with a Buyer
Fed up of Ebay Sellers
Paypal Dispute
Idiot Buyers
don't take this the wrong way but if it really is that bad don't do it i have been on ebay since i left the army nearly 4 years ago and havn't had anywhere near as many problems you have had in the last 6 months
i am sure i will get slated for this but are you just after the attention or do you not communicate with the buyer or seller before things start to get difficult?
i am not trying to be horrible or anything but there is a pattern in all your threads that to me seems that something is going wrong somewhere and its always someone elses fault0 -
OP, I think a lot of people here would appreciate it if you posted your ebay username so we can block you.
Thanks!

to be fair i wouldnt expect an email the day after winning an auction or BIN pushing for payment
eg i sometimes bid via pda but leave payment as its a pain navigating through the pages on the small screen0
