Fed up of Ebay Sellers

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I bought and paid for a garage defender from a company on ebay on Friday 15th February.

Got to last Wednesday and nothing had arrived.

I emailed the Seller whose response was that he 'didn't bother to email Buyers' any more as it was a waste of time.

My garage defender was supposed mailed on Wednesday 20th February by courier

I opened a paypal dispute today and the Seller has posted an item tracking from parcelforce but no date.

Still nothing has arrived. I want a refund.

What do these people think they are doing? I paid for my goods why haven't they sent it out?

    99.7% but his speed of delivery is very low

    Apparently the parcel was only sent out AFTER I opened the paypal dispute - was sent this morning

    How dare some Sellers do this?

    you have to think is it a personal or business account,

    I run a business one 3000+ powerseller

    and a personal one

    the personal ones are sent when i have time so can be a week before posted,

    why do people assume its to be sent instantly

    First of all it was a business account.

    Secondly he had had the money ELEVEN whole days, immediately paid. He wanted immediate payment, he got immediate payment, so why couldn't he get off his backside and post the thing to me without waiting ELEVEN whole days to do it? That is just ridiculous

    These Sellers should be ashamed of themselves.

    Not only did he wait, he lied to me on top of it

    i have a grievance for sellers who put fuel & 'time' charges on top of P+P charges

    i bought an item which cost 70p to post, yet i was charged £4 for the pleasure. his reason? he had to drive to the post office as it's nearly a ten minute walk, plus he charged me for the time it took him to get there and back. i emailed him back and told him he's a complete 4rse and that feedback left would reflect that.

    I totally agree!

    These folks are really going to be hit hard with all the negative feedback they are going to get when ebay bring the new rules in - ebay should have done this with immediate effect
