Fed up of Ebay Sellers

Comments

  • Apparently the parcel was only sent out AFTER I opened the paypal dispute - was sent this morning

How dare some Sellers do this?

The seller probably hadn't even bought the item to send to you when he sold it to you (but he won't tell you that). If he tries to make out that it has gone missing in post, you'll probably find he wasn't able to buy it to sell to you. Too many ebayers do this, which is all when and good if they keep the buyers informed, but there are bad apples in there that are not customer focused. Make sure you leave reflective feedback, and a follow up feedback on yours and his feedback too.

    not bad apples.

you have to think is it a personal or business account,

    I run a business one 3000+ powerseller

    and a personal one

the personal ones are sent when i have time so can be a week before posted,

why do people assume its to be sent instantly

Why? Because Ebay's rules state an item must be sent promptly, that's why!
    Enjoy your forthcoming negs. ;)

Clicksense earnings since 16/10/2012 $100.56 paypal cash
  • Like others here I list items knowing that I will be available to post them the day following a paypal payment.

I wouldn't dream of not doing this. Once someone has paid me the item is theirs not mine and I have a duty as a Seller to post the item out in a timely fashion. That is only fair.

I bought and paid for a garage defender from a company on ebay on Friday 15th February.

Got to last Wednesday and nothing had arrived.

I emailed the Seller whose response was that he 'didn't bother to email Buyers' any more as it was a waste of time.

My garage defender was supposed mailed on Wednesday 20th February by courier

I opened a paypal dispute today and the Seller has posted an item tracking from parcelforce but no date.

Still nothing has arrived. I want a refund.

I made two purchases form e-bay and RECIEVED NOTHING ...
This site should be CLOSED DOWN its a waste of Space ...

  • The garage defender arrived today.

Not as described, missing the fitting instructions which were listed on the ebay ad as being with the item

  • Have you contacted the seller about the missing stuff?

sounds very non legitimate to me. I pay for the goods instantly and expect them to be dispatched within next couple of days. When I sell, I plan my time so that I can pack&dispatch the same/following day after auction finished and payment received. Day after is the latest I've ever posted something. And no, I'm not a business seller on ebay, it's not my job, only a hobby. It's a real shame about people who can't give a proper service. If a seller waits a week before posting something that's a cr.ppy service to me, have to be honest.

I agree totally - I am a buyer and seller - and I give the service that I woudl exepct - same as above.

Doesn't stop the moaning buyers though.....
