Paypal Dispute

in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I paid for an item on BIN.

Seller did not send and sent me bolshy emails.

Opened an Item Not Received Dispute with Paypal.

Seller did not respond.

Paypal refunded me today since Seller did not respond.

I left Seller negative feedback.

Seller has now left me retaliatory negative feedback

My score has gone from 99.8 to 99.6 so that is not too bad.

I thought that if the Seller did not respond to the Dispute that they could not leave feedback? :confused:

    Nope, it only works if it's a NPB not responding, NPS can neg with impunity.

    Now the Seller is sending me appalling emails!

    Threatening to take me to Court for fraud!

    The item including postage was £9.45!!

    I haven't got the item because she didn't send it.

    Some people - sheesh!

    I don't understand why sellers get like this. She sent item (I assume) Royal mail lost it and you got a refund, what is so complicated about that?

    The fact the she also felt the need to send bolshy emails just adds to the suggestion that she isn't running on a full tank.

    Cute, keep all her emails and start sending them to ebay and say that you feel threatened and harrassed. With any luck if she has done this before they might even suspend her for a while so she can cool off.

    They will need proof that the item was sent, such as a Tracking Number & Proof of Delivery from RM before they even think about it

    maybe if Q'N'Q had realised NPS' can leave feedback the neg wouldnt have been left in the first place.:D

    I am having the same problem, minus the emails. Purchased something through 'Yougym.eu' on the 28th of oct saying that the goods can take up to 28 days to arrive... Im STILL waiting. Ive emailed the seller 7 times now and no response. Do i look like ive been had??!!

    This is what she put -

    AVOID! USED BUY NOW, TOOK 5 DAYS TO PAY THEN OPENED REFUND CLAIM IN 4 DAYS

    This was not true - I had emails from her for over 2 weeks then because she was saying I was a liar I opened the Item Not Received Dispute. 10 days went by - she didn't respond to the Dispute.
