    I am a Travel Agent

I work for Thomas Cook Group of Companies. My companies ATOL/ABTA numbers are J9500. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it but Atol numbers can be checked on the Civil Aviation Authority website. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.
  • Or perfect pizza/dominoes/pizza hut etc

Just thought this thread should be resurrected!
I have signed up to EVERYTHING on it apart from the dodgy mlm stuff and the kleeneeze.
Need to do some more ebaying, but had a bad experience with someone making a totally unfounded complaint.
Thing is my entire income is made up of 'bits on the side' LOL
signed up for the dor-2-dor leafleting work and they sent me a form to fill in and can anyone tell me why they want to know how many kids you have and whether you are married. Surely its none of their business!

  • Found this site in 'The Week' magazine this week, you post a service you are offering (eg: Dog Walking) and then people who want that service will contact you. The site is http://www.whoocan.com/ - not tried it myself and if it's new I guess they need a certain tipping point for user numbers where it becomes busy/popular enough to work. Could be worth a try though?

You can also advertise for free on sites like http://www.Gumtree.com (there is one for all the major UK cities) - either under work wanted or under Business services. There are a few other similar websites where you can also advertise for free, eg http://www.freeexchange.co.uk/

P.S. This must be one of the most viewed threads ever on mse - nearly 250,000 views!

Don't knock Kleeneze! I know it's not everyone's cuppa tea but I earn 400 quid a month off it, part time! Well worth it.:D
