Have just read through the instructions for "de-toxing snails"......I think I will stick to "mix custard with dark chocolate and freeze"

I will start tomorrow.....I need to feed 5 people and two cats with as little money as possible.....and in the process I need to become more organised and tidier.......easy peasy

    Yuk - detoxing snails

It sounds like a lifestyle that would encourage me to lose some weight ;)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

I'd do it wrong and end up killing someone!

Are there any other "tips" hypno?

I'm a big fan of OS, though I'll confess to reading the "SS-please rescue me" thread rather than anything that involved snails

I wouldn't know how to run my household if it wasn't for OS......

Good morning......it is the start of the new week and day one of my get organised challenge :rotfl:

    so.....today my plan is:
    • [STRIKE]put a load of washing in the machine before work[/STRIKE]DONE - will hang out when I get home
    • [STRIKE]check online banking and tick off against "bills still to be paid" list[/STRIKE] DONE -still got a shortfall of £260.46 but will be covered by student's rent when it arrives.
    • make packed lunch ready for tomorrow to aid NSD aim!
    • put away "free" food OH brought home from a friend's house yesterday
    • [STRIKE]do a mystery shop at lunchtime[/STRIKE] DONE - awaiting follow up phone call before inputting.
    • do a mystery shop after work (phone)
    • do sky free b!ngo 6-8pm
    • clean kitchen
    • run hoover through downstairs
    • sort piles in dining room so that they are easier to deal with tomorrow evening
By the end of the day I WILL have got everything done........my aim is to have the kitchen cleaned through every night before I go to bed, so that in the morning I don't enter chaos as soon as I get up........what are the chances.... well, we can only try!

Good luck on you new challenge Hypno - I write my challenge list for the day in a notebook and it works (well nearly always) =- there is a great satisfaction in ticking it off as I do each thing - my house has never looked so clean (not quite as tidy as it has been at moment as DS is now home for holidays!!!!!)

    Have a good day.

Sounds good, hypno - I must try and do that free bingo. I really rely on lists every day, tho I haven't done today's yet, and I have quite a bit of actual "work" (what's that  ) to do.

I think getting the kitchen ready to enter each morning would be a great achievement. There's only me, so I can afford to pick my way through the horror... :rotfl:

    Good luck with it all!
