Good luck Miissyg! Though in your case it's not luck, it's exercise and all that hard work calcualting down to the exact calorie!

Vix you make me laugh more than anyone else on this thread. :rotfl: :rotfl: You do know that squash ISN'T one of your five a day, don't you? And 5 a day is really the minimum you should eat ... not the optimum.

The top and skirt option might be more expensive but you could use them both, maybe, more often - you said you don't have much call for posh frocks usually. What about some slinky wide legged trousers and a revealing top?

Yes, Ajax, it is a cannbis leaf decorating the bag ... https://www.sativabags.com .... it's made of hemp, I haven't tried snipping bits off to smoke - yet. And I've been looking under KPC's desk but I can't see you, just a load of dragon droppings (a dragon, not THE dragon, obviously).

    Kids,

You've all got to get Wii Fit. It's fantastic.

There are two main sections, the Fitness/Balance report which does your BMI (it has built in scales), weight etc and judges your centre of gravity (good for the posture and long-term health apparently) and the Training. Training is split into four subsections - Yoga (teaches you yoga moves I guess), Muscle Workout (shows you exercises to build up muscle), Aerobic Exercise where you can do things like hula-hoop, step workout, jog round the park etc, and then Balance Games where you compete for time or points or distance etc in excellent little games like slalom skiing, tightrope walking, football heading and (are you ready for this, Missy?) ski-jumping!!!

You get your own fitness trainer to jog with you and show you the exercises (mine is an extremely cute little chicka called Nigella), and it's just fantastic. You can give yourself weight targets. Your Mii (character) gets bigger or smaller as your BMI goes up or down.

Seriously folks, you all gotta get one. Having just jogged around the park following Nigella I was glad of the little sit down I'm having now !!!!

Its rare for me to have 5 a day granny :/ I did have a bannana yesterday though, so not all doom and gloom. I was joking about the squash, but its the closest my body has been to fruit today :p

The top and trousers is a good idea, but because i never get to be a lady very often (think the last time was the school prom when i was 16) i kinda wanna dress up a bit. Maybe we should hire a hall and have a Weight loss ball! then i could get another wear out of it :p

Beanie= good point! I'll keep my eyes open. If not another debenhams store might be open and that has coast and oasis in it. Might be able to get a megaday deal or something over there instead of my store.

Ajax: Shhh, youre well making me want a Wii. I said to my boyfriend about one but he wasnt like wow yea lets get one. I think i'll wait a bit longer, see if there is a good offer on one and get one. Then wait for a good offer on the wii fit before i get it. And so i can wait and see how it is for the long term, might be good now but will it be in 6 weeks time.

:D .. it's the only console with lastability because it's so interactive. I still play Wii Sports most days, even though I've had it for a year now. Wii Fit keeps logs of how long you have used each part of it, and as you pass time milestones new events are unlocked to give you more variety.

Yea i see what you mean ajax. Im just worried i might play with it a bit then throw it on the pile of other stuff.

It might be a bit like brain training for the DS. Played that but then soon got broed. Havent got my DS out since christmas. I had a go on my friends wii, i played the beijing something or other and it was quite good.

The xbox on the other hand, now wow. I love that machine. Total boy when it comes to that. Me, Call of duty 4 and playing with people from all over the world, that ticks every box! Can waste hours on that thing, had to tell me boyfriend not to renew the xbox live suscription till after my exams else id never work!

Did you have to jog on the board?
