I am going my homework! Im up to 1,970 words.
Im currently writing my conclusion! Its a slow process though, sundays are balls for doing assignments. I never usually bother on a sunday.

Weigh in tomorrow for me and as some know I have set a mini target of 5lb loss in 3 weeks, this is my first week... so here are my stats:
Calories this week: 976, 1194, 1281, 1171, 1198, 1154, 939 = 1130 average.
Played tennis, did 4 gym sessions, 2 long bike rides and walked more than 2 miles each day for 5 days.
Theoretically this adds up to a 1.75lb loss, but Aunt Flo is very annoyingly intervening and it may not be that much :rolleyes:
Don't think there's much more I could have done this week though. Please wish me luck0 -

I know you like figures, so mine for this week were an average calorie intake of 1660 daily, which gave me an actual gain of 1.2lb. Using your method of calculating how many calories I need to maintain, I had 1323 calories more than I needed. So, theoretically this would be a gain of 0.4lb??? But the difference between 1.2 and 0.4lb is so marginal the method seems robust. I shall keep checking this out each week and see how it goes.
I am okay with the gain because I lost 2lb last week that I did not want to lose. OH has been commenting on me being a bit 'boney', and I value his opinion, he has always been very 'straight' with me.
For the chart Delly (or whoever is taking it on this month) could you please put me down for 1lb gain? Many thanks.

My 'guesses' are nearly always within 1lb FFM so I hope it works for you too. The <1lb difference could be anything really from a bit of water bloat to difference in activity levels

I'm going to alter my spreadsheet now because I want columns for lb loss/gain of body fat and muscle massIf tomorrow's result isn't what I hope then at least there might be something else I can feel good about!

I had fish and chips for dinner so that was about 2000 calories, plus the bacon sarnie for lunch and frosties for breakfast. Oh and a chocolate mousse that has a side compartment of flakes. I also had crisps for lunch.
Ive not had one of my five a day. Oh hang on, ive had squash.
Its gunna be hard to stop eating like this.0
