Thanks for the thread Suggs. Wish I'd been the first, I wanted to know what the mystery prize would be. Maybe Missyg will tell us?

I'm not doing too well at the weight loss thing at the moment, really have lost and gained the same few pounds for about 2 months, but have decided to be very positive about what I have achieved so far ... (and now this is the brave bit) here I am now:

and here I am a year ago:

And LW20 WILL see some more real losses. Granny is re-determined!

Oh,granny, the difference is amazing! I remember the photo last year from 'behind' which made you look very broad shouldered. You look all soft and loverly now. Well done on focussing on what you have achieved so far. That 2.5 ish stone has made a huge difference and you are right to relish that as an achievement. I say just stick with us and in time you'll find the energy to relaunch the next phase. The important thing is you are not putting loads back on, just practising the art of maintaining, which is good. There is no law which says you have to lose everything in x months.
Surfbabe- you are very welcome to join in. 16lbs sounds very achieveable. How to hope to achieve this?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Oh Granny you look lovely :D

And you also confused me slightly, I was expecting the 'before' photo first, so I thought you'd put on the weight :rotfl: now I feel silly :o

Suggs hasn't told me what the prize is yet but hopefully it involves the leiderhosen.

Granny you look fantastic! Very, very glam! Thanks for posting the pics up, you can definitely see the difference and you should be so proud :T

Not as silly as me, Raph, I'd actually labelled them the wrong way round first of all, but I edited it really quickly. You must be telepathic.

You look well nice in that top photo. What a transformation in a year! Bet your husband has a job keeping the men off. You look a really nice size there too. Are you planning on getting rid of much more?

And where are you in that top pic? Looks like you have photoshopped a bit of beach into the photo!
