  • hello, not good week but wondered if anyone has tips on excersise (why cant i spell that?)
am trying to keep up 10,000 steps daily with also weights daily and yoga at least twice a week but weight is proving harder to shift than last year.

have now piled on weight lost last year and then some. need to buy both smart work trousers and jeans and cannot get any size 16 to fit. really dont want to have to buy 18's. getting harder to stay positive about it.

Glad to hear it wasn't ur head... sorry you were in pain though :( Good plan to skip the gym, let your body recover. Take care x

    Thanks all

I been out, went for a Thai meal, via Costa Coffee, so all full and now going to have some more coffee with a sweet or two. As I have been reminded it is my birthday. Will weighin Sat though as up early to head to the office for my 1-2-1, the weighin was looking good this morning, so hopefully the 3 1/2 mile run has helped even out this evening lovely meal.

Got the kids as well this weekend, hoping to get out in the garden once again to carry on stripping the front garden of Bamboo!!

Present wise I was bought a Track day Aston Martin DB9 vs Bently Continental R :D I hope it is as good as it sounds. And I also found out through some sponsor thing I do I am going to the sponsor presentation evening at Luton Town Football Club next week. I know we had a crap season, but I was lucky enough to go last year so looking forward to this one too.

    Speak soon

    (((hugs and kisses back))

    Hi pennypinchingpenguin,

As far as exercise goes I find it really difficult to motivate to do something I don't enjoy so I'm sticking to what I like - cycling. I was down by the seafront on Wednesday and yesterday I went out with no where in particular in mind and came across a local market!

    What do you like doing?
