Which is exactly what I wrote to them (not that they would take any notice) - I will no longer do business with a company with bad business practice (including not responding to emails professionally). I am a business analyst - which means I look at current business practices and suggest and implement solutions to improve them. It's hard to stop trying to do that outside my work. Their business practise has caused resentment by customers and no doubt cost themselves financially in the effort trying to rectify the problem. Prevention rather than cure is usually the best option. I am not sure I am whining any more than you are whining at people who criticise Argos. If you are incapable of seeing why the business practice is bad then maybe you would be well suited to join the Argos Customer Services team.
