One minuite he wants a puppy the next he's tellin me he thinks he'll have a drink at the weekend! Flamin nora he's not even 15    Over my dead body sunshine. Aaaahhhhhh one day i'll chuckle to myself about this i'm sure!

I'm chuckling about it now!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I shouldn't really, cos it'll all bite me on the backside in a year or two when DS1 starts......

  • Afternoon all :) Haven't read through the thread yet, apart from a few posts this morning so will catch up in between my jobs (ironing at the moment - yawn!)

(((hugs))) to anyone who needs them today

Well i was planning to get a few loads of washing done and dried as its been fine each afternoon this week but obviously it rains today  So theres washing draped all over the house which i hate!

Went to Asda this morning with my mam for my first shop of my new GC month, spent around £24 so not bad but there was hardly anything there really! Nipped to the bank and fruit and veg shop in town and decided to have a nosy in the charity shop, got a pair of River Island jeans for me, £3.50 :D and a Dorling Kindersley Nature Encyclopedia for £1.95 for DD, its HUGE (RRP £25) and shes over the moon with it, keeps following me around telling me interesting facts about plants and mammals lol

Chicken curry, rice and naan for tea, DD is having fishcakes with mash and broccoli left from last night.

    Take care all

Ageandjo, sorry to hear you are still feeling unwell, ways to relax .....hmmmm a glass of wine always helps me, and make yourself sit down for at least an hour or so in the evening.

Martyn, I am afraid you will just have to put up with all the juicey details, I for one have not been on a date for a few years, and want ALL of the details, perhaps if squiggly warns you you could shut your eyes and no peeping ;)

RZL, :T my opera cd's arrived today, have only have chance to listen to one cd but I LOVE it, I particularly like the male voices, have not got a clue what they are singing about, but some of the songs are more 'agressive' than others, and I love these, they make me quite emotional, will be back for more suggestions soon. Thanks you are an :A ps my dd HATES it in only a way that a 13yr old can, and has got her ipod on with her terrible music playing
    Dazi, enjoy your weekend xx

redruby, did the CD come with a booklet with the words in, so you can understand what they are singing about? If not, let me know which arias and I'll tell you what they are about :)

    Hi redruby :D

Arias, as in plural of aria. As in, tell me the names of the songs :rotfl:

    (sorry to laugh ;))

Edited to say: Actually, I can find that out from the Naxos website :) I've got to dash in a minute, but I'll PM you later tonight with all the details :)

And while I'm here, more big congratulations to Johanne & her OH! :j :j Thanks for posting, nicki - much appreciated :)
