I doubt there is any question - break the ts + cs and you lose the £95 discount.0

I’ve been considering moving back to BT using this offer, however the 10 calls per month does concern me as I don’t make a lot of calls. Does anyone know if 0800 phone calls would count as inclusive ? My Tivo dials up every night to download EPG updates on a freephone number and this could be a good ‘work around’.
Many thanks.0 -
subscribing. I'll be calling them Tuesday by the sounds of it quite a few times! lolHelp me to help you :santa2:0

What about an extension? My Dad wanted to clear up the mess of trailing broadband leads through the house and move the phone box to the living room. BT have suggested £122.....
Any Suggestions?Help me to help you :santa2:0 -
Called and they did the deal for me first time.
I had to sign up to the deal to make 10 calls per month, but thats not a chore.
i had to read the line of t's and c's about if you are moving home (as mine was for moving into a new build), but they sorted it.
Very happy - great post!

I signed up for this and got the phone line installed 2 weeks ago, had a variety of different bills all stating different amounts and although I stated on the phone when I ordered that I wanted paperless billing and the basic package I still recieved a paper bill and was put on the Unlimited Anytime Call Plan.. I logged on to my account and changed this then got an email advising me not to as this was one of the conditions I had signed up to as part of my 12 month contract (should be 18!!) and I would be charged the £95 if I changed it !!
Has anyone else had this trouble ?? I am at work just now but will be phoning them tonight to sort this out as there is nothing in the terms and conditions that states this.0 -

I appreciate that you say you did not sign up to an unlimited anytime call plan.If you had of done the T&C http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/dynamicmodules/pagecontentfooter/pageContentFooterPopup.jsp?pagecontentfooter_popupid=24641
say both on a 12 and 18 month deal.
"If you cease service during the minimum period or any renewable period a termination charge will apply."
If they argue the toss with you ask them to listen to original phone con when you placed order.0 -
BT have extended this offer to the 30 September 2008.

What would happen if you had to move before your 18 months is up, would you have to pay them £125 to connect the new place?0
