    Good Morning All

I hope everyone is ok. Seems ages, since my last post last week!
Im so glad kids are back at school today, and I can continue posting regular again before w**k.

Another one here, who had trouble sleeping last night. No thanks to a neighbours security light left on until gone 3am, my bedroom was like Blackpool Illuminations! Its the same neighbours cat who I catch sh!tting on my front grass! (not dlb BTW)

Quick make-do for dinner later, as DD is at Judo, its always a rush to cook from scratch!
Washing all done! And for once, on top with a lot of things!

Catowen -good luck at the doc's & dentist!
(((hugs))) to smokey - hope things are ok for you & the children
dlb - hope DS is ok today! Well done for his & the teams efforts!
anniebooklover - sorry to hear about your sad news! (((hugs)))

    Right, best be off
    Take care
    Love Emma xxx

Tattycath - have just caught up with yesterday's thread. What a horrible email to get. I'm glad you're reporting it; it must have been really scary. (((Hugs))) also to you DD; it's not fair for children to have health worries.

Well, I've just done the ironing and I'm about to prep the veg for tonight's dinner then I shall go to the bank and then to the gym. The weather forecast is for the rain to clear but I don't think it's going to for a while!

    Anyway, see you all later.

    Morning

Late this morning as I took the dog out earlier as it is such a lovely morning.

Catowen, I also have the dentist this morning, but at least I don't have the doctor as well :D

Essex-girl, you have my sympathy with your solicitor. DS moved on Friday, and he phoned the solicitor at 9.00 am to check everything was OK, and the response was "we'll get back to you later to tell you whether the move is on or not" - at that point the van had half their house on it   It all went through OK eventually :j

Went into Dunelm Mill on Friday, as saw some Rown Spray wool reduced from £7.95 to 99p, so I need to find a pattern.

Chilli for dinner, and lunch will depend on whether I can feel my mouth after the dentist :o

Have a good day everyone x

    Morning everyone.

Have s-i-l coming to stay tonight. So plan is to rush round cleaning like a mad thing :D

going to make chicken and cous cous for dinner with a crumble for pudding. Poor DH has pulled something in his knee from the rugby (which they lost :( ). He's in lots of pain but refuses to go to the doctor - think he's scared they will have to operate on it AGAIN!!!!

oh well - best get on. off to do the comps and have a cuppa before hitting the european ironing mountain :D

    Morning everyone.

Not much time to linger today - girls are off sking and tobogganing this morning then ICT lesson this afternoon, so we're going to be busy.

House is pretty tidy, although the floors could do with a proper vacuum. The girls did their bit yesterday, but you know that feeling when someone does a job, and you can see where they've missed a bit :D It will have to wait though as I can't get the vacuum round myself just yet.

Dinner is leftover chicken from yesterday. I will probably do a chicken and pasta bake as that's quite easy and saves faffing around.

Hope you all have a good day.

Hugs to those who need or want one

    Love Pipkin xxxx

    Morning all

this blessed man-flu won't shift. I'm due back at w*rk tomorrow but don't think I'm going to be well enough - I feel sort of ok in the day apart from the peppery feeling in my throat and interittent shakes but can't sleep at night for coughing. I will try to make a drs appointment today or tomorrow and see if I can get some recovery time off. Saying that I'm off out in a bit to a dfriends for lunch - I only have to get myself to the station - she will pick me up at the other end so it won't be too bad. I'll wrap up very very warm. It will do me good actually to get out. This week I have only been dressed once and that was to pop cycling trousers and fleece over my jammies to go to Mr T which I don't think counts

have a good day one and all
