As soon as the email starts sending on a Tuesday evening you'll find it on the website on the top right hand corner as well as a thread started, usually by MSE Andrea, which will link to the email.

Well I appear to have booked 6 consecutive nights in a double room at a 4 Star hotel in Germany in November for 6 Euros

I guess we are doing the Christmas markets this year then...
