• hi guys. do you know of anywhere I could get a smell-alike of Christian Dior Fahrenheit for men. My dad had it before he died 2 years ago and I cant find the bottle anywhere and I really loved the scent.. I've looked for it online and in shops but it's so expensive. I was reminded of it recently when a guy I met was wearing it but didnt get chance to ask where he got it. any ideas?

These are all copies or dupes for Fahrenheit. You could also look on eBay for some of the little sample vials, if you just want to have a little sniff now and then to remind you of your dad. They usually cost a couple of £.

Grey Flannel is supposed to smell like Farenheit - the smell alike is Grays Men. Abs Army is also close and is my preferred one.

Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
• Hi all - I really love the Escada Taj Sunset perfume spray. However it's a bit pricey and it's limited edition so I need to find a smell-alike for when I run out and they don't make it any more! Anyone know of anything similar? Thanks :)

I would email and ask the perfume parlour: info@perfume-parlour.co.uk :) I found a discontinued perfume for my sister on their site and she has said it smells just like the original.

I have just placed another order, can't wait for it to arrive :D
The only problem now is what to spend my Boots points and gift vouchers on? I would normally save up all year round and buy a nice (but expensive) perfume but now I have several value for money oils I dont need to.

placed my first order with PP, i bought Gold Lady (Notes similar to that found in Lady Million®0) Chances (channel chance) and Issomer (Notes similar to that found in Issey Miyake®)

Will let you know how they smell!!

But must say i am very pleased i found this thread :D Thanks OP
• I bought five oils to try, which arrived today:

Charm (Miss Dior Cherie): Lovely and a good match for the real thing, would order again.
Sky (Light Blue): Like this a lot, fresh smelling.
Candi (Prada Candy): Not very strong, okay.
Novelty (Narcisco Rodriguez): can barely smell this at all.
Angellica (Angel): not as nice as the real thing - don't like it.

So like 3/5 of my order, which considering the price I think is pretty good (btw like them on facebook for 10% off code)
• Not sure if anyone has posted this but River Island so a Guchi Rush similar perfume. I thinks it called perfect and is in a bottle shaped similar to JPG for £6
DF as at 30/12/16
Wombling 2025: £87.12
NSD March: YTD: 35
Grocery spend challenge March £253.38/£285 £20/£70 Eating out
GC annual £449.80/£4500
Eating out budget: £55/£420
Extra cash earned 2025: £195
• Finally took the plunge and ordered from PP and they arrived yesterday and I'm very pleased. It's been years since I've had any 'good'perfume so I did nt know what to pick but the three I chose (using recommendations above) are lovely. I've had comments in work today about them already.

If you are thinking about trying them I would definitely risk it. This could be my new guilty pleasure,

Don't feel guilty, Flora. At the prices they charge it is just a little treat. Cheaper than the odd bottle of wine anyway and kinder to the hips!
