I am so glad I read this thread, thanks so much for the recommendation for the Lidl Suddenly Madame Glamour. My local Lidl had a display full of this perfume earlier and it is amazing! I am very seriously impressed with the likeness to Mademoiselle, I'll never buy the original again! I might go down tomorrow and buy a few more.0

The Samsara one is terrible too! On the whole though most of the oils are spot on. Luckily the Armani copy you already like from Next is cheap as chips :T0 -
Yeah sofababe it's only £5 from Next and find it lasts ages so will buy from there! I could still smell my Lancombe one late last night when i had a shower! have it on again today it's gorgeous.0

Can anyone help? I love Dolce & Gabbana Feminine EDT but it's now discontinued.
Is there a 'smell-alike' that anyone knows of?
I've tried Perfume Parlour but don't like anything oily - it's a spray I'm after.0 -

Perfume Parlour do sprays too, £8 for 25ml EDP. http://www.perfume-parlour.co.uk/cheap-edp-spray-for-women/prod_49.php
There are several bottles of Feminine for sale on eBay and its still available in many online shops.

I have just bought an eau de toilette spray from Avon called "Infinite Moment For Her", 50ml £10.
It smells familiar, like a designer one, but I cannot think of which one it is! So if anyone has it, I would be interested to know.
I have enjoyed reading through this thread, thank you
Edit: sorry, the £10 price was an introductory offer, it is actually £13 and comes with a freebie in the latest brochure. The description of the spray is sophisticated raspberry leaves, feminine florals, and warm vanilla.0 -
sofababe have you tried anything new? anything to recommend - i must be honest i have bought just about all of your recommendations and loved them. i have not placed an order for a while, but as my birthday is coming up.... i might treat myself.1 oxfam jumper, 19 hexagon jumpers and 1 beanie!0

I haven't had any for a while, but I'm thinking of getting some new ones for springtime. I think the last ones I had for myself were:
Hypnotic Poison (very very good replica of the real, very pricey article)
YSL Nu (the real thing is discontinued:( but the oil is just lovely)
Cacharel Gloria (same story as Nu)
Boss Pure Purple (I get plenty of compliments with this one cos I smell edible)
Tom Ford Black Orchid (this was a blind buy, I'd been eyeing it up on Fragrantica, and as even a sample vial is hideously expensive I got the oil, I like it a lot, but it is quite strong)
212 Sexy (this was a re-order, I used the last one up in no time)
For spring I'm looking at:
Lacoste
Jo Malone French Lime Blossom
Stella McCartney
SJP Covet (another discontinued one)
Cerruti 1881
Be Delicious Fresh Blossom
YSL Paris
I've tested all of the above, except Jo Malone cos there is no boutique for 70 miles so it'll be a blind buy but I love the smell of lime tree blossom. I've owned the real thing of 1881 and Lacoste, so I'll be interested to see how they compare. I'll report back in a few weeks0
