Yes petrol in short supply due to shutdown a refinery in Scotland and panic buying

Each refinery serves its local area, so poss only Scotland and NE would be affected.
Plus fuel is delivered from storage facilities where there are many weeks of supply by law.
There always has to be one durr that starts a panic buying rumour.
