well im the same heigh and weight as you and at the moment can only fit into 2 pairs of size 18 trousers, the rest won't go over my thighs . I used to be a small size and went out clubbing every night, now I can barely make it through rush hour before I need a nap. Will be good to have some support as not many people know how tough it is to lose weight on a budget (i think)

I need to lose about the 5 stone mark though......eeekkk!!

Can I have the soup recipe too please.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Hi folks,

I too would like to join the online WW group. I lost over 4 stone 18 months ago and i have put 2 back on so really need to get my finger out and start eating healthy. Are we going to have a weekly weigh in or is that too personal? I would like to have the thought of having to weigh in weekly as a target to NOT stuff my face but i understand people might think differently.

Sugar xxx <=== Might have to change my name!!!!

I think a weekly weigh in would be the ultimate motivator. If anyone doesn't want to, they could weigh themselves and instead of pounds, could say they have done good or bad?

I think that this is a really good idea:j , especially the weigh in. This is the sort of motivation that I need. I have done WW in the past but I just cannnot justify the expence of going to the classes when I have the cook books and the basic knowledge, I am just not putting it into practice.
