POints depends on your weight, height, type of job, lifestyle and age.

I can work it out online if you wanted to PM me your details.

Evening everyone :hello: I'd really like to join your thread.
    I'm 5'4 and weigh 11stones 4lbs - I need to lose a minimum of 1.5 stones
I did Weight Watchers a few years ago, and got down to just under 10 stone and almost back into size 12's. I'm now buying 16's and depressed about it :( Hopefully you guys will give me lots of motivation.
Just debating whether to go back to WW online or join a local meeting

Oh right I'll have to go and have a nose at that then. I am only really doing the step ones at the moment but they are too short. Hoping I can unlock some longer ones as I use it more.

I tried the yoga but to be honest I didn't really enjoy it lol. I did a jog as well but that nearly killed me :rotfl:

You can unlock a second step one that has claps in and standing sideways etc. And then eventually you can unlock a freestyle step where it gives you a beat to step to and goes on for about 10 minutes.

I quite like the balance games but I doubt they actually burn that many calories. The hula hooping definitely gets fat burning and works the muscles - even if it is just from laughing! :rotfl:

Well my weigh in tonight tells me I have lost 3lb :j . I do keep thinking perhaps the scales were broken though as I don't think I deserve a 3lb loss nor do I feel in my clothes like a 3lb loss has been achieved. I must be good this week as I am in London on Monday for a show so will end up indulging - why can't I walk past the waffle stands on Oxford Street without purchasing one with chocolate sauce??? :p

  • Weigh in tonight for me, lost 1.5lbs, im very pleased with that as lost 6lbs now in just 2 weeks. I have a long way to go, but im treating it as a life style change, not a diet, so if i have a bad day you just get on with the next etc etc.

Well done to everyone else by the way....
