Hi and welcome to doodledo and besswales
It would be great to have some more support as there are not that many of us on here. I know I need it, especially at weekends!!!

    Thanks Utopiah.

I have just resurrected my WW online subscription as the only way I lose is when I fill out my tracker. So my WI day will be a saturday morning. Fingers crossed for a fab first weeks loss.

  • Can i join this thread as well???

Currently a WW member, signed up 2 weeks ago, 1st weigh in was last Tues and i lost 4.5lbs in my 1st week.

I have loads of weight to loose, so for me im thinking of sticking with the weekly WW until i loose about 2 stone just to keep me motivated that someone else is looking at my weight on the scales, not just myself. The idea of letting myself and the leader down to see her reaction if i put on, is good encouragement to keep me going.

hi all can i join this thread please?
already a member of ww i get weighed on a wednesday. i joined 2years ago but found out i was pregnant last january so recetly went back after a long break.
in total though lost 2stone before i was pregnant, put on 1 while pregnant and now lost all that. aiming to lose another 24pounds so ill be down to 9.7.
good luck everyone and well done on the weightloses so far.
have to say i love weightwatchers and find it quite easy, just starting to feel like im never going to be able to have a blowout day again lol. 28 and stuck to salad and veg for the rest of my life, espeicially now im heading to 18 points, and im craving bakewell tarts after someone mentioned them. might treat myself to one after weigh in on wednesday, always think weighin days a good day to allow an unpointed treat if youve done well, also cures the cravings otherwise id cry lol.
back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed
  • everyone is doing so well, I've upped my exercise this week and am now managing to fit in the gym and also a buggy fit class with my son. On my days off from these i'm doing 30 minutes wii fit to keep me going and earn me a few extra points. I'm trying to not use these points at the minute as i'm not doing a great lot even at the gym so hopefully it'll give me a bit of a boost to lose weight fairly easily to begin with and keep my motivation up.

what does everyone do for lunches during the week? i'd been taking ready meals as they're so easy to count the points in but at £2 a day it's not going to get my debts paid any quicker!!! i've got some soup, jacket potatoes and beans etc for this week but i'm sure i'll get sick of this fairly quick. I don't like salad so I sometimes find it really hard to fill myself up.
    Debts all paid!!!:j

Morning everyone first day back on track today and my goal for today is simple stick within my points and fill out my tracker. Sounds so simple doesn't it. I am taking one day at a time.

Got my Wii fit out last night and managed 45 mins so will aim to do the same again later once my little girl tucked up in bed.
