Has anyone tried the WW Ciabatta and doughballs, if you havent... Id totally recommend them. The Garlic Ciabatta is gorgeous... cuts into 5 slices for 3 points. Doughballs are half a point each0

hi all
well weighed in today and I have gained a pound . I have stuck rigidly to my points and been to the gym 3 times but have to confess went out last night and drank probably more than I should have and then had an attack of the munches when I got home. Well I'm not beating myself up over it I'm thinking positively a) I am back on track at the gym exercising 4 hours a week doing lots of weights to tone body.
I have still lost 4 lb in total C) am eating healthier (apart from last night).
so heres to another week hopefully will have a better result next sunday. Hope everyone else is having more of a successful week than me:rotfl:Mortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0 -

hi all
well off to a better start today, well i think anyway i did have a subway today but chose 6" on oaty bread, ham/turkey with light mayo, salad and NO cheese. finding it hard to calculate points on this one though. It would have to be no more than 10 points otherwise i will have gone over my allowance. If any one knows roughly what the points are I would be gratefulMortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0 -

I can help you with your points, barrys-lass ....
Everyone here is really nice - I found that out when I started this group last year. I need about 5 stone off really, maybe more so I will help and support people as much as I can as I have the same goal... :j Though I wish I was as energetic as this little yellow chappie!Debt as of 20th Aug 2009 -£6600 and falling :j0 -
Would it be an idea to set this up on a thread as a challenge, with a list of all of us on the first post, along with our target weight loss and an update of how we're doing? Either Merri-drake could edit her first post, or we could just start afresh if that's easier. Any thoughts?
I can edit the first post or I can start a new thread with everyone's details...
What ever people would prefer - I guess if I started a new thread as the beginning dates back to early 2008.
Would be great to make it a challenge though! GREAT IDEA!!! :TDebt as of 20th Aug 2009 -£6600 and falling :j0 -
hi merri-drake
i think starting a new thread is a great idea. I would be up for making it a challenge even though I didn't to very well this week I think it would keep us all motivated. I like the idea of putting all our details and updates of our achievements. Count me in!!Mortgage free 25/9/2019 8years and 7 months early 😁😁😁0 -
Is everyone up for moving over to a new thread then and turning it into a challenge? What do you think the challenge should be? Pandapaws had a great idea turning it into a challenge, but I am open to what the goal should be and how to do it. I will then start the new thread with all the members names on the first post .... oh it is soooo excitingDebt as of 20th Aug 2009 -£6600 and falling :j0
