Sorry for this everyone but I am struggling to find the time to keep up the spreadsheet. If anyone is willing to take it over then I would be very grateful.
I seem to be having less and less time to post and read on the forums so I have had to make this decision.
Sorry for letting you all down.:o
Sorry you are struggling Louise, as much as I would like to help I'm afraid I am pretty computer illiterate and probably wouldn't be the best person to volunteer! But thank you for doing it so far!

Hello All,
Hope you are all having a lovely weekend? I am quite pleased with myself this week as I have started a new job and have had to become uber organised with my meals. The hours I am doing means I prepare my breakfast and lunch the night before and cook up batches of food for the freezer which I am taking out and eating for dinner. I have found that having eveything ready is stopping me from eating rubbish.
So this week I have lost 3lbs!
I am cooking up a three bean chilli to batch up tomorrow so if anyone has any good recipes please feel free to send my way.

Afternoon all!!
Lost the plot a bit the last 2 days, but had a big valentines thing last night, and the hangover munchies today so I'm not gonna beat myself up about it!!
Tomorrow I'll be back on track though!!
Lou, sorry you're so busy at the mo! Hope everything's ok!! Northernlass, thanks for offering to take over the spreadsheet! My last weigh-in was Monday 9th, and I lost 2lbs
Hope you're all having a good valentines

I got me a star!
OK - has not been a great week food-wise - haven't gone massively over my syns, but just don't feel that brilliant. BUT have just been to a birthday where there were some SERIOUSLY nice desserts - and I just had the fresh fruit kebabs! Check me out. It helped having a really nice dinner before I went, and not being hungry. After deciding I was just having the fruit, I forgot about the cakes/puddings and just had a good time. I am NEVER usually able to do that - so am pleased. (tomorrow I'll probably eat my own body-weight in chocolate hob-nobs - but today I am chuffed)
Goodnight all - and hang in there - we are doing great!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

was verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry bad last night. Cooked a 3 course dinner and I am not going to even think about the number of syns in it!! It was lush though.
Need to get myself back on track. I ate so much last night my stomach is rumbling this morning, i'm guessing it's stretched
I cooked a chicken carcass yesterday afternoon and I'm now making lentil soup in the slow cooker with the broth. I'm going to have that for a few lunches over the next few days I think.
So far the plan today is:
b: yoghurt, banana and grapes
l: not sure yet, depends if the soup is ready
d: keema with rice"Stay Wonky":D
