    Im soooo chuffed.
    Just to see the scales dropping instead of going up gives me a great feeling:j and the determination to carry on. im continuing my 100% days as i seem fine at the moment but friday will be my downfall this week as im off out for a few drinks with the lasses, i havnt been out since New year, ive no idea what im going to drink, i usually only stick with lager but it is very high in syns so was thinking of a spirit with diet coke but they give me a hell of a hangover, ill keep thinking but some suggestions would be good please.

  • I woke up with the munchies this morning so I made a double portion of breakfast rice with blueberries and topped it with 0% Total sweetened with splenda, served the whole thing up in a pasta bowl and now feel totally stuffed:o:o - but at least it was free food and I didn't have the toasted bagel that I fancied (one wouldn't have been enough!):rotfl:

    I am pleased to report another 100% day yesterday, this could get habit forming as I really enjoy the challenge - who'd have thunk it!!:rotfl::p

    Yesterday I had:

    Breakfast - just fruit and a muller since it was weigh in day.

    Lunch - Toasted bacon and tomato sandwich with a side salad and pickled beetroot (heb, free)

    Dinner - Fish (cod and salmon), rice, peas, sweetcorn, soya beans, onions and peppers (all free) all baked together in the Remoska. (free)

    milk in coffees through the day was my HEA plus in the afternoon I had a cookie that was 4 syns

    late night snack was a meringue with frozen raspberries, 0% total and a raspberry muller (2.5 syns)

    Have a good one everybody, I am taking Charlie to the groomers today for a cut and blowdry and have just realised that he cuts his hair done way more than I do!

    Hi everyone,

    Well done on all your fantastic losses! Everyone is doing so well. :T

    I haven't been well since ysterday morning (v unpleasant stomach problems), so while i have eaten 8 biscuits and drunk flat full sugar lemonade (and nothing else since sunday night), i don't think they have 'stayed in the system' so to speak :eek: . I'm almost tempted to weigh myself! :rotfl:

    Anyway, hope everyone has a good day. Stick with it. I'll be back on track once i can eat properly again.

    Can I report a 1lb loss this week :j !! I'm not on the spreadsheet but I wanted to put it in red anyway cos I am ridiculously pleased :o . ALSO due to a combination of a very small group this week and a few gains last week by other members I am SLIMMER OF THE WEEK. Da da daaaa. Fanfare please!

    I have NEVER been SotW - even when I was doing the plan before and lost a lot more each week. (Previosuly I lost about 4 stone with SW - pretty much kept it off, but never got to where I wanted to be).

    Floated to work - and proceeded to scoff 4 chocolate brownie bites which someone had 'thoughtfully' brought in :rotfl: - oh well count the syns and keep going eh?
    Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

    Oh well done Rupe34, a pound off is better than a pound gain and it doesnt matter how you got SOTW the fact is you got it and doesnt it feel good.

    Well done on SOTW :T:T:T naughty:naughty::naughty::naughty: for the brownies :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:- my record was 10 frozen ones - eaten straight out of the freezer. It is surprising how fast they defrost in your (my) mouth!:p

    Well done Rupe!! That's fab news!! :T :j Did you get a nice big bag of goodies to take away with you as well?

    Not such a great day for me - it's mum's birthday today, so we went to a carvery for lunch (since she's following SW too!), did really well with the main meal, had lots of meat with HEB's for potatoes, avoided the yorkshire puds, stuffing etc - but then caved when it came to the chocolate cake for dessert! :o But, I only have 3 syns yesterday, and I won't have any more today, plus I'll limit how many I have for the rest of the week (probably actually thinking a bit obsessively for just one slice of cake - but I'm really determined to get another 3lbs shifted before 28th of Feb!)
