    Hi everyone! :hello: Sorry I'm late, I have been trying to track down a horrible smell in my fridge:eek: I have taken everything out and washed all the shelves, sides etc, put in a saucer of baking soda but it still smells like there is a dead wombat in there:mad: Now I am starting to imagine the whole house smells like that!

    Oh well I will worry about it tomorrow, time to start reading my emails!:D Nice to see you here Kandi, sorry you had a disappointing weigh in this week. I am doing a 100% week this week and if I only do 1/2 pound on Monday I would be suicidal! So full sympathies, but hang on there - it can only get better!

    Daily eating plan - yesterdays! Well everyone I did it - 3 whole days at 100%, every single coffee, apple anything that I ate or drank has been [STRIKE]diaryed diaried[/STRIKE] put in the diary and I have been perfect. OMG I had so better lose weight on Monday! I know my signature is wrong but I am not going to change it untill after my next weigh in - just to keep my motivation up you understand:o:p Miracles do happen :rotfl::rotfl:

    So yesterdays eating was EE again - I just put down my food here, I don't list my coffee, drinks of water squash etc.

    Breakfast - Marions fabulous blueberry rice - 3 scan brans (free, 1.5 syns)

    Lunch - Chopped up turkey, onions, peppers heated through with half a jar of Tiny Deol curryslim sauce served on a bed of rice. - (free, free, 3 syns)

    snack - apples, plums and a banana

    Dinner - Bolognaise Pasta Bake with peas and butternut squash - (3 syns ,free, free HEB cheese on top)

    snack - Muller chocolate and cherry layer yogurt (2 syns)
    Milk in coffees was my HEA

    Looking forward to today, the big test of course will be the weekend. We have a friend arriving from Sweden who will be staying with us for a week. She is a young girl who I know has gained weight this year and is not very happy about it. I shall be cooking SW meals for her all week and see how she gets on with it, not sure if I will tell her or not! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • I don't think you should tell her Marion - until perhaps you are next going to weigh in and you can casually drop in that all the meals are SW friendly ;)

    Weigh in for me and STS which is absolutely fine as I've gone a bit syn mad this week.

    6 weeks to my holiday and I still want to lose the next 7 pounds so am going to try harder this week :)

    BB - I have had a bad week (been going more syn mad than you!) so I'm sure it will tell on the scales. I still want to get 7 pounds off by holiday time though, so we'll see what happens.

    Morning everyone

    I am off to the gymn today, for the first time since messing my ankle up. If I don't get some decent exercise I may well go nuts! Would go for a nice long walk - but its still really icy around here - so could just see myself falling over again...

    have got a copy of the new magazine - the recipes look SO nice, but I know I'll never find the time to actually make any of them:rolleyes:

    Hi Kandi Pandi!! :hello: Good luck tracking down the smell Marion - I had a similar problem in my bedroom a few years ago, washed the carpet god knows how many times, cleaned out the wardrobes/cupboards etc - drove myself mad trying to find the smell - turned out to be a cheap pair of shoes I'd bought out of Primark which had never even been worn?! Although, unless you're very random and keep shoes in the fridge - I'm not sure that's likely to be your problem! :rotfl:

    I wouldn't tell your visitor either - not until she's leaving anyway! You might just manage to convert her - especially with all your lovely meal plans!!

    Well done the maintain BB - I'm sure you'll shift that half stone no probs!! You got off to a flying start, so I'm sure you'll be back on track next week!!

    I'm having issues with my scales, I tend to weigh myself pretty much every day (Norty - I know, but I can't stop myself - got up to the loo at 3am the other night, and even weighed myself then! :confused: ), anyway, depending on where on the floor they're sitting, there's 1 lb of a difference in what I weigh - not sure which weight to go with - I'm tempted to count the lower one! ;)

    Yesterday worked out just fine for me eating wise - and today I'm on track too!! Got a big valentines night planned tomorrow though (OH working on Sat), so there's no way I'll be sticking to plan - and actually, I'm really looking forward to it - so I'm not even gonna beat myself up about it!!
