Could've sworn I just posted, but I was being 'assisted' by a small child, so who knows what buttons were pressed!
Anyway, Bunny, the books have arrived, thanks sooo much! I can't wait to get started now."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Well done for starting the thread Bunny, i did post on the other one, but like you feel more comfortable on here. last year i lost two stones at sw, then stuck because of motivation and groups very samey, i have lots of stuff and wanted to do it myself at home and save money for me for a change.
I want to lose another two stones as have put 8lbs back on since last sept, lost a bit with kidney stones( they must weigh heavy)and want to get to my target weight before summer.
Good luck everyone. Bob xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Bob,
You dont look like you need to lose weight in your picture on your avatar! lol xEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I don't really know how much I want to lose, just going to try and stick to it for as long as I can. But I'm going to try to find the £5 a week in our budget somehow, and pay that off the loan, so both me and the loan will be shrinking....lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

For lunch, I've just had 5 scan bran with 6 Laughing Cow VLF singles and ham, and some grapes. Bloomin stuffed! And I reckon those scan brans will sort me out for pooing for a few days, lol! :rotfl: :rotfl:It's BOB off blackadder. I wish that was me, she is very like my sister.I have brown curly hair and about two stones heavier and have green eyes. I think i have typical pear shape, mostly around the bottom area, so may just get away with a top piccie.
Bless you xx Bob xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Snags, did you read the book at all?
Have a read and then I can clarify it for you. I imagine you'll do mainly 'green days' as you have a quorn addiction anyway, lolEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

I love scan bran, there is a recipe somewhere for a scan bran choccie cake and is only about 3 syns a slice. Will have to go through my backlog of sw books.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Is Shredded Wheat a 'b' choice? Shredded wheat bitesize are, but it doesn't say normal shredded wheat is, but when I look in the sins book, bitesize are more sins that shredded wheat."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
