Hi - I would like to join please. Used to go to SW and really enjoyed it and got to target weight too:D . Even though I have managed to keep most of it off I would like to lose a few pounds and I really loved their recipes - so count me in!! I am trying to walk more too - am off to the post office later and would normally have taken the car, but thought I would save petrol and walk.:A
Good luck to each and every FFW.When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:0 -
Sarah,
Thank you! (I had my hair cut shorter in March so it's not that long any more) but God Bless You! lol
I made a gorgeous beef stew for tea last night in the slow cooker and had it in a jacket potato (H/E) and used tesco value stewing beef:
cut up beef and seal in a pan using Frylight
in the slowcooker I used
passata
1 can of chopped tomatoes
yellow pepper
carrots
celery
swede
leeks
onion
garlic
and threw in some left over cauliflower and broccoli
and left it to cook!
It was really nice and I also used my other A choice H/E and put 1 oz of cheddar on top.
totally filling as well!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
