For those of you that have never done SW before, it is worth it to buy the magazine and see if you can buy the books off ebay or something? It's a very easy diet to do, you can eat LOADS and it works-the main problem I find is you tend to eat the same things and get bored-and weight loss slows down.
I would love to start coooking the SW curries-there is a curry house in Telford that does SW meals and they are LUSH!!!!!!
So, anyone with the books, pick a recipe and post it for me???
I also aim to start walking more-I think excersise is the key and im a lazy so and so. So I walked DD to school today, over 5200 steps and an hour of brisk walking and I feel so much better for it!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
bit off topic, bt does anyone do a weight watchers thread?
I did join a challenge, but I never subscribedand so I can't find it:o

I need to start walking more too, especially to work and back! Is the magazine monthly Bun? Will have a look for the books on eBay....
Saw the singer Duffy on the tv this morning, and she reminded me of you (in a good way of course)

Yes, the magazine is monthly Sarah-and always full of great recipes-
Oh! Forgot to say Toto, you can do SW whilst pregnant-I would recommend seeing your midwife and maybe going to the classes (at least for a week or 2 to get the idea) but it's definately safe for mums-to-be.
I love that Duffy song but don't know what she looks like?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
