personally i would not pay that and not have the support of a group. the feeling you get when you stand on the scales and your consultant says you have lost is great and also the support you recieve from other members if you stay the same or gain is invaluable.
this is only my opinion tho, im sure it works for some people and i would never critisize them for doing it this way everyone is different.

I would much prefered to have gone to a class, but its just not an option for me at the moment with the silly hours i work. I used to go to class when i joined years ago but i used to get really embarassed. Silly i know. Normally i wouldnt have dreamt of spending that money (not v money saving) but i know i'll get my moneys worth.

All in all yesterday went well. Today is all planned out too, just tomoro which will be a bit of a challenge. I'm working 10 till 7 so need to pack a lunch that'll see me right through and have an easy to prepare dinner for when i get in.

Ah well - I'll just need to keep thinking of the skinny-mini new me - since I heard a rumour that nothing tastes as good as being slim feels....... hhhhhmmmm - we'll see! ;)

Do you have access to the online log in? If you have, have a look for Chocolate cake - really chocolately and quite low in syns if I remember. It's made with all bran.

If you can't, PM me with your email address and I'll see if I can access it to email on.

Have you tried Chocolate Options? 2 syns per drink. Or make some sugar free jelly, again 2 syns for a huge bowl.

  • i called into asda tonight for some veg and went the wrong way and found my self round the clothes (silly me) out of curiosity i decided to try on some jeans, my size 18s are way to big for me now but i wear a belt to keep them up, so i git a 16 off the rail and they were too big too i couldnt believe it, i pushed my luck and tried a 14 but im not quite there yet another 7lb off and i will be, i could fasten them but you could see they were too tight. i was amazed, i will never again whinge when i only lose a pound as they are all mounting up. i only wish my top half would go down as quickly as my bottom half im gonna be an awfully funny shape if i keep losing it from this area. lol
