    There is a definite benefit from losing weight as far as your BP goes, but the cholesterol is aided by a healthy diet rather than losing weight.

    All in all, following the food optimising plan is a great thing for your body and health so stick with it :)

    PS: been at the stage of big boobs, bigger tum myself :rotfl:

    I've put on masses since DS was born 7 years ago and weigh 15 stone 10 lbs. I need to get back to 11st to be a healthy weight.

  • Hi everyone

    I was really enjoying SW and loving the weight coming off, but then somehow it all went wrong. The odd day that I didn't quite stick to plan became several, and then they all ran into one another.

    I was trying to slim into a dress for a wedding, and when a week before the wedding I admitted that I wasn't going to do it I lost the motivation to keep slimming.

    I've already gained 4.25lbs so I really want to get back on it. I'm walking a half marathon at midnight tonight and I've decided that tomorrow I'm going to try again - if you'll have me again?

  • back from the DFW Leeds meet and as my syns were VERY flexed (see yesterday's DFW chat thread for photographic evidence -ahem!) the name of the game is now disaster recovery and back on the straight and narrow. Green day today to get me back in the swing of things.

    Well it was weigh in day yesterday aaaaannd......

    AGAIN!!!!!

    I'm pretty sure I have lost something, as was 3lbs down mid-week :j and I don't feel as bloated, but I just don't know how much.

    I'm feeling better though, and that's all that matters really I suppose.

    1lb off for me this week.

    am on nights from tonight for 7 nights. gonna do a meal planner shortly for the week. hopefully keep snacking down to a minimum.

    am going to try and go for a run each morning when I get home. only 3 weeks til the 10k run - arghhhhhhh - think I'm gonna struggle to get my 15s 2lb hulk of a frame around the course - oh well it will provide a few laughs for some people at the very least! lol
