    Er....hello....remember me? :o:o

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can lose a stone before tomorrow, as I think I have been persuaded to go to the Leeds meet...

Started 'new' diet on Monday - just got on scales and have lost 3lbs already, but that's exactly what I'd put on on holiday, so back to square one...oops! :D

    Can I come back?? :)

  • Ooo this is a great idea, I'm in!

I joined Slimming World at the end of July and only went for 3 weeks, although I did go down from 11st 10lb to 11st. When I stopped going I've started putting the weight on again....I think because I'm cutting back on going out to save money I've been treating myself with food....I'd like to get back on track though because loosing weight is such a nice feeling when you feel happy about yourself!

Good luck to everyone else whos trying to loose weight! x
