I maintained again last night- not bad seeing it was my Anniversary during the week so had a meal out etc. Right after 2 weeks of staying the same I want to start pushing on and losing weight.
We had a food tasting/party for our woman of the year and I got to try some yummy things- the thing I liked but didn't think i would were the new Ryvita Limbos which I think are 3.5 syns a pack.
we have a raffle but no bingo -how does the bingo work for SW ?£2 savers club 2025 #40 -

The bingo is just an ordinary game of bingo, the members have to chose if they are on a green or original day, they then have to write down 6 speed foods either for that day or what is free on both days, your consultant then calls out different speed foods if you have it cross it off and the first one to cross them all off is the winner. Simple and a bit of fun. apparently it was on the consultants area of the SW website.
Good luck with your weightloss this week, im gonna try and boost mine with some excersise, basically just dancing around the house until im out of breath, calm down then do it again, im not one for gyms or outside excersise like cycling or jogging:eek: .DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
