    thanks northern lass :)

I'm looking around for a posh bottle of bubble bath as my 'reward' for getting to my first half stone!

4 pounds away from buying a necklace :)

many congrats BB you are doing great.

another weigh in for me later tonight - I have either stayed the same or put on 1/2lb which is fine as I was away from Fri -Mon with no control on what I ate.

As I've just been on the other SW thread and done this, thought it might work here too.

It's 16 weeks to Christmas (or thereabouts) and at a healthy rate of loss (between 1 and 2 lbs a week) it's possible to lose around 2 stone.

Is anyone up for making themselves a mini-target?

Don't forget you also need to have a plan as to how you're going to achieve it...........making changes to how you shop, cook and eat.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
