well done BB, thats a great loss,
i gained 3 this week though im not suprised, been out loads with the kids and havnt stuck to the plan at all, we have loads of things planned for this weekend and next week before we go back to school on thursday so i will not be even trying to stick to the plan until then.
i explained this at group and im still going to go and take the consequences what ever that may be and then start again.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

As I've just been on the other SW thread and done this, thought it might work here too.
It's 16 weeks to Christmas (or thereabouts) and at a healthy rate of loss (between 1 and 2 lbs a week) it's possible to lose around 2 stone.
Is anyone up for making themselves a mini-target?
Don't forget you also need to have a plan as to how you're going to achieve it...........making changes to how you shop, cook and eat.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
