Just checked sw online and its 28g Oatibix bitesize (any variety) with 1ryvita wholegrain crackerbread as a B choice. I would say that the large oatibix arent a B as any updates are online before anywhere else.

They aren't listed as a HEB because they aren't one on their own so to speak, but they can be taken as a HEB if you add 3 syns too.

I'm told they seem more filling than Weetabix, so perhaps the 3 syns will be a worthwhile 'spend'.

i had 2 this morning and I couldn't finish them off. I didn't have that much milk with them, probably less than half a pint and they were quite hard work!

So not an official B then? Not on sw lists anywhere?

    morning all.

I'm going to have a blow out-piggy scoffing green weekend. I've done lots of red days but at weekends I need to be able to snack and I prefer to do green days.

    2 slices wholemeal (HEB)
    baked beans

    pasta n sauce
    3/4 skimmed milk (HEA)

    banana
    Actimel prune yoghurt (3 syns)

    batchelors 95% ff chicken supernoodles

    2 slices wholemeal (HEB)
    eggs

    dinner will be

rice and butter bean pilaff type thingy (all free stuff)

oh, and I've also made another order with the butcher which does the syn free sausages, grill sticks and burgers. It's costing me an arm and a leg but I am DETERMINED to try to incorporate as many red days as possible and having stuff like sausages etc for lunch is working.

i dont understand why you are filling his pockets with gold, morrisons sausages are free and asdas are only half to 1 syn each, yake them out of the skins and add your own flavourings then roll them back into sausage shapes, you can make your own burgers and grill sticks using mince and loads of herbs and spices. add grated apple to pork mince or horseradiah to beef mince. it will save you loads of money as what i can remember of what you said about his prices he charges a lot for them.
you can even make your own donner kebab meat using minced lamb and spices,
have a day at making all these things and freeze them i bet they are just as nice or even nicer? than his and wont cost you the earth.
