It's rare for two different scales to weigh exactly the same so if you appear to have not lost weight using Boots scales please don't give up.

Food Optimising should suit any and every one so I would think that maybe you're going wrong somewhere.

Can you write out a typical days menu for us to have a look at. Are you sure you're eating enough - I know it sounds crazy, but if you don't eat enough you don't lose weight well.

You should be having 3 filling meals a day based mainly round free foods with additions of your HEs (both As and Bs). Your syns are there to give you a glass of wine, couple of biscuits etc (whatever floats your boat, lol).

You're welcome to pm me if I can help at all.

PS: sorry your class was cancelled - this is usually a very last resort though SW are desperately seeking new consultants to do relief at classes and to open new ones so anyone out there who feels they would love to do the job (and it really is a fabulous job) go to one of the open evenings and check it out.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Yesterdays food:

    2 x alpen lights (B) and a banana

    Apple and banana

1 hard boiled egg, packet tesco cheese curls (3.5 syns) and 2 alpen lights (B)

    Apple

Then we ended up in Brewers Fare, as it was my birthday, and I tried to be good, lord help me I did, but there was very little SW friendly, and what there was they either wouldnt do, or didnt have  I opted for a jacket spud with cheese and beans, but apparently the snack menu wasnt being served from, so then I opted for the steak, didnt have any :mad: so I went back to my table to choose. The tomato pasta thing was out, didnt have any grrrrrr. So at that point I took it as a sign and opted for the smothered chicken :o So I had:

Half a chicken breast, with bacon and cheese (very little so am putting that down to an A choice!), large salad, chips :o and bbq sauce, which was too rich so didnt eat much of it. Im really cross that they didnt have, or wouldnt serve, what I wanted so I am going to email and moan, got a few other things to moan about too lol.

Hmmm line drawn under, think we shall call it a red day
  • I have put a lb on this week, I expected it.I have gone right off track.I think its the school holidays and a lack of usual routine thats messing me up.Im going to keep trying my best but will really get back into it properly when DS goes back to school september 4th.
I am still trying my best though up until then.
Today have had - 2 wm nimble (HEB) teaspoon of vitalite, boiled egg.
mid morning I had a bag of quavors
I have some homemade chicken casserole in the slow cooker with new potatoes we will have this for tea.
I dont really feel hungry enough for lunch, this is because we were up late and had breakfast late, if DS was in school I would have been up at 7 and so would have been hungry at lunch time.
