    I started well on my green day (I dont like red :p)

    Breakfast
    Weetabix (b)
    Strawberries
    Milk (a)

    Snack
    Mug Shot, pasta, tomato & herb (free)

    Dinner
    Prawn (b)
    Egg
    Pasta
    Salad
    Mayo (1.5 syns)

    Tea
    Half a portion of fish and chips (1,000,000 syns) :eek::eek:

    well weigh in tonight and would you believe it its now my TOTM:eek: and i can feel im holding water so it doesnt look like ill get thet last 1.5 to break the stone barrier :mad: , never mind at least i know the reason if i dont and there is always next week.:A .

    Just weighed myself and I have lost 2lbs since I returned from holiday although I have had a tummy bug where I didnt eat much for most of the week but its nearly my TOTM too so that would make me heavier too.

    Just going to plod on with the SW plan and try to keep my activity levels up.

    Off to shopping centre today and will vacuum right through the house too:D
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    first weigh in for me tomorrow. Gulp. My weekend with my sister won't have added to the cause, I'm afraid.

    Green day today. So far:

    2 weetabix
    banana
    milk

    2 more bananas

    pasta n sauce
    milk

    bag of frazzles (4 syns)

    dinner will be pasta, tomato sauce with cannelini beans in and I'll use my other b choice with some minced pork made into meatballs.
