Well, first weigh in of my 10 week holiday challenge and I've lost 6 pounds.
Now, with what I ate, Ishouldn't have lost 6 pounds but last Wednesday was 3/4 days before start of TOTM so I think I possibly hit it lucky with my starting weight because I think most of it was water retention.
However, I'm seeing it as a good start and now have 9 weeks to lose 14 pounds.
I'll worry about the other 100 I need to lose after that.........."Stay Wonky":D

Hi,
I need help!!
2nd attempt at posting this.....
last week was 1st weigh in and........PUT ON 1lb, not surprising really as I didn't have a clue
i've tried again this week so i'll see how it goes tonight.
:EasterBun..ps this is sooo me
My question(s) however....batchelors chicken savoury rice - is this free on a green day? Is gnocci free on a green day?
thanks0 -
the savoury rice is free on a green.
Gnocchi isn't generally - it contains flour, I've never seen a branded one which is free either."Stay Wonky":D

This recipe for gnocchi with a tomato sauce is (if my maths is right) 35 syns for 4 portions, so 8.5 syns per portion.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/basilgnocchiwithsimp_74596.shtml
Every ingredient is free on a Green day apart from the flour which is 5 syns per ounce, so 7x5 = 35syns."Stay Wonky":D

ta spud...........like I say though I think it was all water related. The big test will be the coming week. It's still 1.5 pounds a week each week to get to my challenge target.
