hi Consultant
My own challenge at the moment is 20 pounds in 10 weeks for my holiday which I'm 2 weeks and 10 pounds into.
I've just tried juggling dates around to try to incorporate my challenge and also 2 stone by Christmas but I can't get it to work!
So, I'll say - challenge 1 is 20 pounds in 10 weeks (which started on 13 August) and on top, 2 stone between now and Christmas. If I achieve both goals, I will have lost a total of 38 pounds by Christmas from when I started."Stay Wonky":D

I've had a green day today and I've got a cous cous cake in the oven at the moment (I know, at this time of night!) I don't have any mullerlight to make it completely free but I'm using a prune actimel so the whole cake will be 3 syns - think I can cope with that!
Never tried cous cous cake - hope it tastes good!"Stay Wonky":D

It's 16 weeks to Christmas (or thereabouts) and at a healthy rate of loss (between 1 and 2 lbs a week) it's possible to lose around 2 stone.
Is anyone up for making themselves a mini-target?
Don't forget you also need to have a plan as to how you're going to achieve it...........making changes to how you shop, cook and eat.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -
another green day here - number 2 of the week. The cous cous cake was 'ok', well I managed to munch it all!!! I baked it rather than microwaving and the bottom stuck to the loaf tin but most of it came out with a sharp 'bang'!!
So today so far
weetabix (HEB)
banana
strawberries
1/2 pint milk (HEA)
pasta n sauce
3/4 pint milk (HEA)
cous cous"Stay Wonky":D

I'll join you too Consultant.
I've struggled to stick to the SW eating over the summer. Lack of routine, days out etc have all scuppered any weight loss. Today is the last day of the holidays, back to school tomorrow.
Fingers crossed for a slimmer Christmas :beer:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Sorry to burst your bubble, but when used in place of flour, couscous has to be synned at the red day value which is 5 syns per 28gmsI let my mind wander and it never came back!0
