Hi everyone, I thought I would have a red day today, on Sundays my husband always cooks the lunch and unless I tell him what I can’t have he will put a bit of everything on my plate, and my syn is I can’t help eating it he is such a good cook!!!!
He called an hour back, Lunch is ready love come and have it.:j
There it was on the table begging for me to eat it, Lamb & mint sauce, Spring cabbage, Carrots, MUSHY PEAS and TWO small ROAST POTATOES. I just could not remove the peas & potatoes from my plate, so I had to syn them, but Oh did I enjoy my lunch I ate every bit.:T
I wish sometimes I had a little bit more self control.:rolleyes:0 -
Sounds lovely Bubsy - you may have to share your husband with the rest of us. If I don't cook in my house I don't eat. Actually, it's not the cooking that's a pain - it's the washing up for me. I hate it.0

I have some small multipack bars of dairy milk which I bought to see me through the Moonwalk last week. Didn't count them then, as I figured the walking would balance out, but now the ones that are left are talking to me and I do feel like a Sunday afternoon treat.
Does anybody know the points please? They are 39/40g each.
Thanks in advance, and I hope everyone's having a good weekend. So far so dry here......
Hi piggybanker I have just checked the food diary I could only find the 49g bar of dairy milk chocolate and they are 13 syns each  on the red & green plan0 -

Thanks very much Bubsy. I guess they'll be going into the office on Tuesday then! My colleagues appear to be able to eat anything and everything.0 -
Hi everyone
I've had a 'here and there' day today. Not much eaten and not particularly good stuff either.
B'fast was 3 scrambled eggs and baked beans on 2 slices of nimble (HEB)
I had one of those Ribena things that are like a calippo earlier. I couldn't find that on syns online. Do you reckon I should just count it as 5, same as a calippo?
I've just had 'dinner' which was a packet of chinese savoury rice and half a tub of cottage cheese. Not very exciting but minimal effort and free
Oh, and I had a light alpen bar that I found in my handbag this afternoon (half a HEB)
I'm looking a bit short of HEA at the moment... Although I have had a cup of tea and a cappuccino and sugar (1 syn).
I will try and eat some fruit later as I know I have been rubbish on this front today.
I'm tired and a bit 'can't be bothered' for some reason...

I have had really stressful and busy day, so food not going well.
2 x Alpen light bars (HEB) and 2 bananas
2 bananas
Did cook a salmon and broccoli pie but it tasted awful so left it and had a pack of crisps at 6.5 syns.
About to go looking for a nice balanced dinner to redeem myself! Need to fit in another [strike]HEB and[/strike] 1 HEA.
2 more alpen bars whilst I wait for food oops.0 -
Is anyone doing Weightwatchers? I am following the points but not going to the classes - is it a £5 a time - I just can't face paying that much! I have lost 6.5lbs so far but have 2 stone to go!! My goodness! In it to win it!0

Hi loveyourmoney, there is a weight watchers thread on the forum, but I cant locate it when searching for some reason. Good luck with the 2 stone0

Evening Everyone!!
Well I have been sticking to the plan without fail!! Go me! I've tried some new recipes, not all were fab, the potato based pizza needs some work... like NOT using the 6 large potato's it tells you to.
But I am making sure that I am not hungry and I am enjoying everything I am eating which is a really nice change.
Hope everyone is doing ok

I haven't stuck to it today....again.....
I was doing sooo well this week too, and I was feeling like I had lost a bit. My skirt is falling down even more than usual anyway! :rotfl:
I had a lovely healthy dinner - tuna steak, cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn, peas and sweet potato mash (guess who had some odds and ends of veg to use up!), but then I ate biscuits and drank margueritas.
I WILL stick to it tomorrow....I will I tell you."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
