    Hi

Another green day for me. Really should have a red day, can't remember when the last one was :o

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA)

Late lunch - quorn sausages, spaghetti hoops (DD1's choice, yuk), sw chips and 2 fried eggs (in frylight). Followed by a banana. And a jaffa cake  (2 syns)

    Just had a mullerlight.

Not particularly hungry but I think I will have some cheese on toast later to use up the HEA and HEB I have left.

Not had much fruit/veg again today but am going to meal plan tonight to use up freezer stuff so will make more of an effort this week. Haven't started my exercise regime yet but I do feel tired and headachey today. Less than 4 wks till I go on holiday though, so really need to give myself a kick up the backside!

    Hey Guys

Small blip in the shape of some fudge today, but still on the plan and I can keep it up. Found it a little harder today as I have had a hungry day (the ones where you want to eat EVERYTHING!) but I think I have managed ok.

Still not weighed myself, but I am hoping all this sticking to the plan works!

I AM NOT A HAPPY BUNNY!

Having been good most of the week (only the party meal was over my syns) I have still only lost half a pound  I know it's still a loss and it's better than half on, but I am getting frustrated. I'm not the most patient person to start with but losing the same amount for the last 3 weeks is [strike]p*****g me off [/strike] irritating.

I think I need to start measuring my milk, cereal, cheese etc more accurately. I've got a bit lazy with weights and measures so that's probably part of the problem. I wouldn't complain if I'd been bingeing on biscuits or chocolate, but I've only had 2 biscuits and 6 squares of chocolate all week  Any suggestions?

Sorry to be such a party pooper I'll go to bed now where I can't eat anything else and start fresh again tomorrow.

    Hi Kitty!!

Are you weighing your chocolate? I think its about 6 syns per 28g (which in't much chocolate if you ask me!!)

My consultant says that everyone is different, well actually he said you are either a lettuce or a Gabage (i.e the leaves come off easier on one than on the other) Make sure you are counting all your syns, but don't give up, you are still 1.5 lbs lighter than you were which is something to be proud of!

I have been naughty today, its my birthday on wednesday but OH is working so he took me and the children out for late lunch today.
I had a boiled egg and 2 nimble WM bread (HOB) for breakfast and I was going to decide what day I was having depending on what was on the menu. Then it all went pear shaped I ended up....

Sharing a combo for starters, mini onion bahjis, nachos, breaded mushrooms and chicken on sticks, slice of garlic bread.
For my main meal I had chicken tikka masala, (I did leave half of it) and a small palm size piece of naan bread.

When I got home I had a mars bar from a multi pack, I asked OH to take it off me but he thought I was joking.I havnt dare to add these syns up yet.

I went off the rails, I will do some exercise tomorrow to see if I can make things less dire.

    Hi Kitty

I had a couple of half lb wks despite being good :A

I was a bit disappointed but I did feel like I had lost weight anyway and because I don't feel deprived on SW, I'm not worried about it. The main thing is it's coming off rather than going on. I don't measure milk but I always weigh cheese. As I use skimmed milk and I'm pretty sure I don't use anywhere near the full quota on my cereal and the couple of cups of tea I have, I'm not too worried. If I used all my syns up every day I would check it, but I rarely use more than about 8.

Keep going, I would def weigh the cheese and cereal (I purposely have weetabix so I don't have to weigh it). If you keep within your syns pretty well I wouldn't worry too much if it's skimmed milk you're having.

I've just had a milky coffee but I haven't measured or totalled the syns as I've only had 4 syns today (jaffa cakes :o ) so I know it's still within what I'm allowed. I also used my remaining HEA and HEB on 2 slices of nimble and cheese (aka cheese on toast) with worcestershire sauce.

I'm still losing weight so I feel life's too short to measure milk (and my jug is hard to read :rotfl: ) but if you feel you've slowed right down it wouldn't hurt to check it for a couple of days.

Ok, curiosity got the better of me and I've measured my mug and I had about 230ml skimmed milk and 568ml of skimmed milk is 9 syns so I'm well within my limit as I had 11 left.

supersavershal - yum! Don't worry about it, it was for your birthday. Hope you enjoyed it. :D

In the earlier days I had weeks of losing a half then staying the same then losing a half etc and it was really frustrating. I had become really lapse and had stopped measuring my 250ml semi skimmed, but still religiously weighed my cereal. I thought I knew how much 250ml looked like, boy was I wrong! I started measuring it out and it turned out I was having 500ml easily without realising  and then still going on and having a further HEA. I measured it out for the week and went in with a really good loss :o So my advice would be measure all HE accurately and also keep a food diary, just in case something is sneaking in that maybe has syns when you think its free etc. Show your consultant next week so they can double check it.

Well done on your half off :T

Im not well and everything tastes and smells of vinegar!!!! My lunch yesterday tasted of vinegar so I thought it was off, then I noticed my glass of strawberry and kiwi squash tasted odd, then dinner was stirfried chicken and veg and that tasted of vinegar too. Then I got really bad chills and earache, so I think I might be poorly. Today I have managed 2 alpen light bars which taste fine, had some melon which tasted of vinegar lol not good! DH is about to do a cottage pie 1/3 and veg 2/3. Its going to be success express, and I know I should be having at least 2 meals that way, but I just need to get some speed foods in me - so please forgive me for not doing it "right" lol. I have had some syns - Asda GFY banana and almond cakes 2 syns each, 2 eaten. Oh and just eating a banana which tastes fine yay!

Also had another 2 alpen lights to keep me going before dinner. Had 1/3 cottage pie and 2/3 veg which thankfully tasted normal, then had strawberries and fat free nat yog for supper. Had HEA cheese on my cottage pie. So I make that 2 HEB and 1 HEA, and 4 syns.

Hello everyone. Must have a look through the last umpteen pages - I've neglected you all for a few days.

Got weighed yesterday and have lost another 2lbs!!! :T (10lbs in total now). Was happy, happy, happy but then went into town to buy a new oven and found out that my credit card had developed a serious problem. Felt totally humiliated  in the shop when the girl at the desk had to ring through for authorisation from my credit card company. Answered all the security questions correctly, paid for the oven and left in a big hurry. Rang the number the shop had given me when I got home and it turns out that I'm ok with my credit card, it's the person who has cloned it and has been using elsewhere that they have the problem with!! Was horrified!!! What's even worse is that they have been using for the cinema and I can't even remember the last time I had time to go to the cinema. I'm not liable for the monies (thankfully) and they need to hold a full investigation. Came off the phone in tears and headed straight for the kitchen where I totally pigged out on bacon and scrambled egg sarnies. Whoever it is, they may have upset me and angered me but they will NOT make me fatter!!!!

Anyway, calmed down and went on to have a lovely red day and only used syns for ketchup on the sarnies.

That's my rant over with for the day and now I've shared it, will have happy thin thoughts for the rest of the day :A . Hope you all do too.
