Hurray, 3lbs lost this week! :D:D

It was only 2lbs when I woke up, but after I'd fed Natasha (and had a wee ), it was 3lbs....lol. That means it's only just 3lbs so I'm going to have to work extra hard this week, otherwise I will gain.

Perhaps I shouldn't have shared that Happy Meal with Natasha then. :o:o:o

Brilliant loss Snaggles :j how much is that in total now?

Had a disastrous weekend food wise, but apart from that really enjoyed myself :D Went away for four days and had little option but to eat what everyone else eats!

Logged online today and opted for the mix2max and had the following:-

Breakfast - bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms
    Snack - Muller Light
Lunch - Jacket Potato and Ravioli. Melon, Pear, Strawberries
Dinner - planning a chicken stir fry

Thanks JB, 9lbs in total now! :):):)

Glad you had a nice weekend and well done for getting back on the wagon. :T

Does anywhere still have the Mullerlights on offer? They are 4 for £2 in Asda, but a couple of weeks ago they were something like 5 for £1. I can only afford them when they're on offer!

Thanks - they sound really nice. We go to Lidl quite often so I'll look out for those.

Aaarrgghh I think my laptop is broken, the keyboard is being very temperamental - if I disappear then it has packed in completely.
