In the earlier days I had weeks of losing a half then staying the same then losing a half etc and it was really frustrating. I had become really lapse and had stopped measuring my 250ml semi skimmed, but still religiously weighed my cereal. I thought I knew how much 250ml looked like, boy was I wrong! I started measuring it out and it turned out I was having 500ml easily without realising  and then still going on and having a further HEA. I measured it out for the week and went in with a really good loss :o So my advice would be measure all HE accurately and also keep a food diary, just in case something is sneaking in that maybe has syns when you think its free etc. Show your consultant next week so they can double check it.

Well done on your half off :T

Thanks Cleosmum. I should measure my milk more often. I used to decant it into a 250 ml bottle, but that got thrown away and I've been too lazy to find another one :o
I've measured my cheese today and I'm surprised how little 28g is. I must have been going way over!

    Hi again

I'm thinking of weighing in on Friday this week instead of Saturday as I'm going to a birthday party on Friday night. Does that make me a dirty cheater?:o

Got a lovely surprise when I got on the scales this morning, was a little dubious as I seem to be eating loads, but I've lost SIX POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Now I know I'm in the honeymoon period and my weight loss is mainly water, but I'm HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Lucy, you're right I really feel positive right now.

Good luck with your weigh in and well done for getting back on the diet, it is all too easy to lose heart and give up, I speak from experience, I'm sure you'll get your reward tonight.

PS looking at this page we all seem to be cat lovers (not so sure about superpup though :rotfl:)

Hi everyone bubsy calling, well done on all the weight losses,:j I wish I could say the same to myself but, I put on 1 Lb this week. I thought I was doing well as I felt less bloated and I did try, I write everything down what I eat.

I think my downfall is too many green days , I am sure it is the carbohydrates & starches in the pastas & rice, I have found this before, green days are not always kind to me.

Some people can lose weight well on the green day but not me Im afraid. Its going to have to be more red days . Plenty of vegetables, Fish, & white meat and plenty of water, :rotfl: I am not a lover of a lot of fruit.

I really want to get a few lbs off before July 19th one of my sons and his Partner is getting married after being together 5 years and I want to buy a nice outfit, I don’t want to look frumpy as I am only 5’ 2”!!!
Well I had better get motivated and be more positive,. Never say Die:rotfl:
