Hello everyone. Must have a look through the last umpteen pages - I've neglected you all for a few days.
Got weighed yesterday and have lost another 2lbs!!! :T (10lbs in total now). Was happy, happy, happy but then went into town to buy a new oven and found out that my credit card had developed a serious problem. Felt totally humiliated  in the shop when the girl at the desk had to ring through for authorisation from my credit card company. Answered all the security questions correctly, paid for the oven and left in a big hurry. Rang the number the shop had given me when I got home and it turns out that I'm ok with my credit card, it's the person who has cloned it and has been using elsewhere that they have the problem with!! Was horrified!!! What's even worse is that they have been using for the cinema and I can't even remember the last time I had time to go to the cinema. I'm not liable for the monies (thankfully) and they need to hold a full investigation. Came off the phone in tears and headed straight for the kitchen where I totally pigged out on bacon and scrambled egg sarnies.
Well Done on the loss :T but sweetheart!!! That's never a good thing  and at least you will get the money back.Whoever it is, they may have upset me and angered me but they will NOT make me fatter!!!!
But I am loving your attitude!!:rotfl:

OK - I'm starting as from today..... who do I need to PM my starting weight to.
Also, I really could do with some tips on meal planning on a DFW budget. I've got some bits at home so will meal plan with that but if anyone has some suggs for cheap meals, I'd be very grateful...xxx"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little." Hi Tigz, drop Snaggles a Pm with your starting weight.
What sort of meals do you currently eat? Maybe you could adapt those to make them SW friendly. SW is great for cooking from scratch, so you should have plenty of menu ideas to choose from :T . On a green day I like a pile of wholewheat pasta with a HM tomato and basil sauce which is totally syn free, on an original day I do a SW cottage pie which is brown extra lean mince beef and onion, drizzle over 2 tsp of bovril from a jar and mix in, then I top with a carrot and swede mash. I add loads of fresh steamed veg. The meal is syn free on original. I have lots of menu ideas, if you post the meals you normally like I can see if there are SW friendly versions about0 -
Hiya Tigzem - I'm just updating the spreadsheet now, so either pm me or post on here, and I will add you on."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
