Thanks for letting me know! I had to end up with the orange options as that was all they had at the shop. Will pop to the supermarket after work and see if I can find the highlights one. Mmmmmmm chocolate! xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0

Im not well and everything tastes and smells of vinegar!!!! My lunch yesterday tasted of vinegar so I thought it was off, then I noticed my glass of strawberry and kiwi squash tasted odd, then dinner was stirfried chicken and veg and that tasted of vinegar too. Then I got really bad chills and earache, so I think I might be poorly. Today I have managed 2 alpen light bars which taste fine, had some melon which tasted of vinegar lol not good! DH is about to do a cottage pie 1/3 and veg 2/3. Its going to be success express, and I know I should be having at least 2 meals that way, but I just need to get some speed foods in me - so please forgive me for not doing it "right" lol. I have had some syns - Asda GFY banana and almond cakes 2 syns each, 2 eaten. Oh and just eating a banana which tastes fine yay!0

That sounds miserable Cleosmum. Hope you feel better soon. I'm having a good day in terms of sticking to the plan, but I'm frustrated because the batteries in my scales have gone, and Sainsburys had sold out (they are odd flat round ones) so can't weigh in atm.
Enjoy your cottage pie, if you can.

I haven't stuck to it today....again.....
I was doing sooo well this week too, and I was feeling like I had lost a bit. My skirt is falling down even more than usual anyway! :rotfl:
I had a lovely healthy dinner - tuna steak, cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn, peas and sweet potato mash (guess who had some odds and ends of veg to use up!), but then I ate biscuits and drank margueritas.
I WILL stick to it tomorrow....I will I tell you.
Hi snaggles, if your skirt is slipping you must be doing something rightanother thing that is a good idea, is to take your vital statistics and measure every 4-8 weeks.
Its amazing how the inches can fall off, just because the scales are not always friendly and don't show much weight loss , it Dose'nt mean we are not losing inches.
So anyone reading this, if you have not listed your vital statistics, I should go ahead and do it next time you are in the nod.:rotfl:
You will feel great when you find you have lost your first inch all the way round, it will boost your moral. :j0 -
Any chance someone can PM me the password?
Just starting today with 1 stone to lose. Did it a while and lost 3.5 stone but it's crept back on......
Hi dk2 not quite sure what you mean by the password. The only password I know of is the one I use to get into this forum. we all have a different password, which of course we keep to ourselves.
you can just join in every day or when you like just to let people know what you are doing, or if you need any help, or if you have any advice.
If you want to make an answer to anyone, just go to quote at the end of their massage and a box will pop up for you to write your bit on the end of their write up, You then click preview post and if you are happy with what you have written, then you click submit reply.
If you new this already please forgive me, but because you are asking for a password I thought you might need to know what I have written above.
Have a good day bubsy.0 -
Thanks Bubsy, that's a really good idea. I think last time my waist was measured was for my wedding dress (9 years ago!), and even then I could be heard complaining 'It's empire line - surely you don't need an exact waist measurement'!!
I think I was about a stone lighter on my wedding day than I am now, so the result will no doubt be even more depressing, but might spur me on when the scales are being mean!
I think I've stuck to it okay today......we went to the pub for lunch and Stu made me () have a couple of mouthfuls of chocolate cake, but other than that I had a vodka and slimline tonic, and a jacket potato with beans (no butter).
I had wholemeal toast with Laughing Cow for breakfast, and boiled eggs and salad for lunch. I'm feeling a bit hungry for some reason, but I'm going to have some cottage cheese and chives in a minute, to see if that will help."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Now desperate to find out what I can eat tonight as been really good all day but NEED something sweet tonight and fruit just won't cut it !
Hi again dk2 The only thing I can think of which is not too high in syns is banana topped with mullerlight yogurt, in fact it should be syn free :j
If you go back to page 73 or74 you will find a nice recipe for choc and orange mousse , serves 6 and works out 2 syns a portion its very yummy :j you could have this on another day.
good luck bubsy0 -

It sounds great to me snaggles, Im begining to feel peckish now, I am on a green day so I had better go and see what is in the fridge. ttfn0 -
I've had salad and fruit too, so I really shouldn't be hungry, but I seem to have days when I'm starving, and days when I hardly think about food."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Just had (what I think is a) free (green) meal for supper - quorn meatballs, mash made with fat free fromage frais and lots of S&P with home made tomato sauce (onion, tinned tomatoes, passata and herbs)
Even had enough left over to make up a plate to go straight in the microwave when I get home starving from the gym tomorrow.
Feel much less likely to raid the cupboards now although still a few hours until bedtime so you never know0
