Can I just also wisper that I found a pair of dotty P jeans in the drawer in a size 12 and I put them on for a laff and whilst I wouldnt go out in them as they are, I did manage to get them done up with no problems lol. Last time around I weighed a stone less than this to get into a 12, its just mad how different my body is this time.

I've just been pondering (as you do) whilst making my luvverly chicken salad - could I challenge myself to a Red week?? (yep, a week not a day!)

I love green days and could do green permanently but it's good (for me) Ithink to try to vary everything as much as possible as I found last time Igot into a real routine of buying and eating lots of the same stuff.

I've been trying to think why I find green days so much easier and I think it's down to having more choices on hand to eat when I want to - rice, potatoes, pasta etc etc.

Maybe if I made a conscious effort to really think about what I'm buying rather than being on autopilot.......I might get some new buying habits?

I never, ever buy packets of cooked meat, but I bought 2 yesterday and I've just had a packet with a salad. There's another packet in the fridge and I've got some turkey rashers (again, something I like but never buy these days) in the fridge if I still fancy something later.

hmmmm......could I do it?? I'm not a big vegetable fan to that's where I stumble when it comes to putting accompaniments to the meat....

    maybe I might have a go ;)
